Gjestene fikk anledning til å prøve noen av rettene fra et nytt tillegg til menyen med tittelen "A Taste of Nordic" med skandinaviske oppskrifter som ble en nydelig matopplevelse og som var spesielt laget av kjøkkensjef Kato for anledningen, hvorpå vi fikk servert den utsøkt 3 retters lunsj.
Det blir en spennende meny på Lindas fremover og Linda forteller at det blir mer importerte råvarer i tiden som kommer, noe som vil høyne kvaliteten på maten og gjøre den allerede smakelige menyen ennå mer spennende for restaurantens gjester.

I have experience of managing all the sections in food and beverage management: all sections in the kitchen, banquette, house keeping, ala carte, room service, sales and marketing, economic control and budgets. I have been supervising electronic storage control for Radisson Oslo Plaza and in all of the restaurants I worked in. I have good experience for making all of the shift lists and salary lists for staff. Have good experience with material control and calculation and storage control.
I have also been contacted by Chiva-som academy. And I had meetings with Executive chef Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat about special healthy food courses at Chiva-som academy.
I have been working close with the Norwegian culinary team. Member of the Norwegian culinary association and Japan ice carving and culinary association. Have several awards for culinary and ice sculpture competitions all around the world. And have been training chefs for competitions.
I also have a great experience about events and promotion and special parties.
In 2000 I made a cooking book with name completely raw in Norway.
My strongest skills is: Management, Create new menus and concepts I have high knowledge about wines and can set up menus as: French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and fusion.
Have large experience from pastry and French desserts.
Cleaning control system according to European standard. I have good computer skills with all of the office programs and adobe illustrator which I use for accounting, calculation, storage control and creation of new menus.
My philosophy is good management and engagement of the leaders will make affectivity good atmosphere and faithful staff. I don’t compromise about quality of food and service and want the guests to have a culinary and hospitality experience.
